Job OverviewAs a Workforce Transformation Manager at PwC, you will lead client engagements focused on people strategy and workforce transformation. You will help organizations optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness through strategy and execution.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality delivery and strong client relationships.Lead end‑to‑end engagements from strategy through implementation.Drive client engagement teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.Manage engagement economics, project governance, and delivery excellence.Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.Develop the technical acumen of yourself and the team locally, nationally and globally.Stay current on workforce transformation trends and contribute to thought leadership.Build strong internal relationships and elevate PwC brand.Coach employees, recognize strengths, and support personal development.Facilitate inspiring workshops and co‑creation sessions with client teams.Lead or contribute to practice development initiatives, including innovation and AI applications.Collaborate on high‑profile engagements across people strategy, HR operating model, HR process design, and HR technology strategy.Qualifications and ExperienceDemonstrated experience managing and delivering projects in workforce transformation areas such as talent management strategy, strategic workforce planning, culture assessment, operating model development, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement,
