Join the YMCA of Regina in Moose Jaw as a Before & After School Program Staff. Contribute to a safe and enriching setting for children between grades 1-8.
This part-time role involves providing quality childcare in line with YMCA’s core values. Ideal candidates will demonstrate organizational skills and creativity, assisting in the development of trusting relationships with both children and their families. A focus on empowering youth is at the heart of this program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a nurturing atmosphere for children's growth
• Supervise children ages 5-12 during care hours
• Encourage open dialogue with parents and program coordinators
• Follow YMCA policies and participate in essential training
Requirements:
• Available Monday to Friday mornings and afternoons
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Original Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector check is required
• Experience with school-age children is advantageous
Support child development and serve as a positive role model with the YMCA in Moose Jaw.
