STONEarch and Porcea Stone are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Sales Support professional to assist with commercial and architectural projects across Ontario.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, project coordination, and working within the architecture, construction, landscape architecture, or building materials industry.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, organizing project information, following up with architects and contractors, and helping move projects from inquiry through completion.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send quotations to architects, contractors, designers, and dealersFollow up on outstanding quotes, samples, and active projectsReview architectural drawings, project information, and client emails to summarize key details for pricing and internal reviewCoordinate sample requests and product information packagesSchedule meetings, calls, and presentations with clientsMaintain and organize project pipelines and CRM recordsCommunicate project requirements and timelines with architects, contractors, landscape architects, and buildersAssist with specification requests and technical documentationHelp manage commercial project opportunities and bid trackingCoordinate internally with the operations, logistics,
