Nail Technician (Part time, Commission-Based)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in professional nail services and is committed to providing exceptional customer care.

As a Nail Technician, you will deliver high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean, relaxing, and welcoming salon environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and refills.
Apply gel polish, Bio Gel, acrylic, hard gel, and other nail enhancement techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
Properly disinfect and sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive salon experience.




Promote and recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements
Previous experience working in a qualified nail salon is required.
Proficiency in nail extensions and refill services. Strong manicure and pedicure skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry.
