Jubilee Ford is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers, we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting experience who takes pride in accuracy, works well independently and with a team, and is eager to grow with a busy, customer-focused dealership.

Please note this is a full time, Monday-Friday schedule.

What You Bring

- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience considered an asset, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- A positive, team-oriented attitudeDealership or automotive accounting experience is an asset

What You’ll Do

- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation




- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
- Post general ledger, customer, and credit card transactions
- Process vendor payments and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AP/AR records, reports, and schedules
- Track company expenses, refunds, and account charges
- Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy and proper coding
- Assist with month-end reporting and general accounting duties
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Provide administrative and accounting support to management and dealership departments
- Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as required
