Broker Portal)Maintain system hierarchy and configure insurance applications, enabling users to carry out functions of their assigned role within each of the insurance applicationsManage intake, tracking and execution of requests across multiple insurance systems for adding, removing, and changing external and internal user access roles and financial authority including coordination with IT as necessaryManage routine password reset requests and other access related issues from frontline users including coordination with IT as necessaryPermit and manage vendor access to rates across multiple insurance systemsProvide user setup support throughout the new and existing broker loading processAdhere to and effectively communicate Business Solutions' established SLAs in correspondence with business stakeholders and system usersProvide Level 1 technical support to resolve incident reports and inquiries relating to insurance applications and/or processesTriage Level 2 technical support for resolution of complex incidents and inquiries relating to the configuration of insurance applicationsExecute pre and post validation testing of system maintenance deploymentsExecute system/integration testing, ensuring the quality of work and performance of solution is satisfactoryPerform regular attestation of system access to measure and validate the integrity of system access (e.G.,



Guidewire)Provide semi-annual reports detailing the results of user access auditsSupport both internal and independent third-party auditors in adherence with regulatory guidelines and auditsCollaborate with and support internal and external stakeholders to implement system solutions.Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
