What You'll Do
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils
Keep kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
Assist with receiving deliveries and basic food prep as needed




Remove trash and maintain a protected, sanitary workspace
Support the culinary team wherever needed
Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For
High school diploma preferred
Previous steward or dishwashing experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods
Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull (30+ lbs.)
Work safely in a hot, rapid-paced kitchen environment
