As a Host, you'll play a key role at Fit4Less by delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining club standards. You will manage cleanliness tasks, engage with members, and help educate them about our services. Your focus will be on creating a friendly, welcoming workplace that encourages fitness and community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily cleaning and safety tasks
• Provide friendly interactions with members and guests
• Report cleanliness issues to management promptly
• Promote amenities and membership perks
• Assist in managing member access to facilities
Requirements:
• High School diploma preferred
• Minimum 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification required
• Calm demeanor under stress with robust work ethic
