Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate various recreation programs and events
• Create engaging daily activity communications
• Build connections with residents, their families, and staff




• Drive residents on community outings safely
• Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field preferred
• Background in geriatric programming is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain specialized license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
