The evolution of our BI layer aims to grow from charts to stories and from reports to insights to enable effective and timely decision making based on data.



This role will focus on creating a cohesive storytelling and insight generation environment that leverages centralized data assets as the single source of truth to inform business strategy and key priorities across Kobo.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports in Tableau or similar BI tools, ensuring they are clean and multi-purpose where appropriateBuild and optimize SQL pipelines (Dataform) to generate reliable report sources and improve legacy logicMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing dashboards and pipelines for performance and data qualityConduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to support business decisions and deliver actionable insightsGather requirements, prepare dashboard wireframes, document processes, and provide knowledge
