Centre Jardin Cloutier Botanix is looking for a sales advisor - indoor plants to assist and advise customers in the selection, care, and arrangement of indoor plants.
This position combines customer service, horticultural knowledge, and plant display, in a dynamic and passionate setting. It is suitable for both those with prior experience and those wishing to develop their horticultural knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
Consultative Sales and Service
Greet customers and offer tailored advice on indoor plants
Inform customers about maintenance, watering, exposure, and care
Assist in selecting plants according to needs and living environment
Merchandising and Maintenance
Participate in the maintenance of indoor plants (watering, cleaning, rotation)
Ensure an attractive presentation of plant sections
Maintain a clean,
organized, and inviting sales area
Operational Support
Collaborate with the store and greenhouse team
Perform related tasks as needed during busy periods
Desired Profile

Ability to communicate and simplify information
Autonomy, organization, and team spirit
Attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Availability for variable and seasonal hours
Experience in sales or horticulture (an asset)
Horticulture training or equivalent experience (an asset)
