This position enables you to assist clients contacting 211 by assessing their needs and connecting them with appropriate services. You bring valuable experience from the Human Services field and have a passion for supporting vulnerable populations. With flexible shifts and remote work options, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through various communication platforms
• Provide exact information and referrals using a database
• Follow-up on services to ensure they meet client needs
• Assist in maintaining database accuracy through reporting
• Attend training and contribute positively to team meetings
Requirements:
• Relevant Human Services diploma or equivalent experience
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Naloxone Administration
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and mental health issues
• Solid communication skills in diverse settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
