The ideal candidate will be diligent in document control and enthusiastic to further expand their mechanical and construction knowledge. The candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic workplace and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should expect to spend time inside and outside of the site office, which requires personal PPE equipment.Submit, track and distribute RFIs, shop drawings, site instructions, and drawings via Procore/Email with site staff, trades, BIM team and project stakeholders.Process project RFIs and create and follow up on Mechanical RFIs.Process project site instructions and issue them to trades, vendors and site team.
