The Dock on Princess in Brandon, MB is seeking an assistant manager to lead daily operations in a rapid-paced restaurant and pub. You will run the floor during management shifts, oversee FOH and HOH labor, and uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.
You will cross-train with all managers, assist with invoicing, waste, and month-end inventory, and work with the GM and Chef on six-month goals. You will help hire and train staff and coordinate events and marketing to promote our calendar
