Vernon Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, punctual and responsible with a robust work ethic. They will be flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. Our clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Job requirements:
Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patient and pet parents
Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced setting
Capable of working autonomously
Capable of following direction and performing at a high standard
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations




Positive outlook and enthusiasm

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system
Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system
Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment/bookings
Respond and manage email correspondence
Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment
File documents electronically

Job Type: Full time

Hourly rate: $19 - $20
