We are seeking a goal‑driven, customer‑focused Wireless Team Member to join our team. Full‑time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
Build connections with each customer by being passionate about helping people and identifying their product and service needs.
Guide customers toward the best wireless technology solutions.
Stay current with current technology and share knowledge with others.
Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures.

Qualifications
Previous customer service experience; sales experience an asset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑resolution skills.
Comfortable with technology and able to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
Robust attention to detail and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient with MS Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.
