Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored Behavioural Support Plans for clients
• Conduct behavioral assessments and maintain documentation
• Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare teams

• Engage in crisis intervention and management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation principles
