About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and persuasive Remote Catering Sales Specialist to generate leads and secure new business for their catering services, supporting operations that may extend to Kimberley and beyond. You will leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to identify potential clients, present our client's offerings, and close deals, all from a remote work environment. This role is essential for expanding our client's market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Conduct virtual consultations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing catering packages and customization options.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of new client accounts.

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or event industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, honed for remote engagement.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
