As part of the Corporate Affairs & Policy team, you'll support the Ontario Cannabis Store's mission by leading complex policy research and providing evidence-based advice to senior leadership. This full-time, permanent position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing various priorities successfully while supporting the province’s cannabis legalization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of market and policy analyses
• Create data-driven reports and issue briefs for decision makers
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships across departments




• Coordinate with government partners and internal leads
• Monitor regulatory and policy landscapes impacting operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, or related
• 3-5 years of relevant policy experience in public or regulated sectors
• Exceptional analytical and evaluative skills
• Robust communication skills, written and verbal
• Proven experience in stakeholder consultation
