More specifically, you will have to:

• Ensure the management and the administrative follow-up of the files
• Perform audits and analyzes to ensure data accuracy and operations
• Entering various data that may require some analysis
• Order various documents from our partners
• Act as a resource person in the application of procedures, methods and tools related to operations and participate in their optimization
• Make corrections of detected errors
• Ensure that the team meets the quality standards, while making the necessary corrections on the procedures and procedures
• Propose suggestions and put in place optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations.

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or Diploma of College Studies and 1 years of relevant experience
• Valuable knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience in customer service
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and internet and intranet skills
• Ability and ease to work in a changing environment
• Autonomy and initiative
• Communication skill

• Sense of organization and ability to work under pressure





• Good management of priorities and ability to work in a team
• Analytical and synthesis spirit
