Role OverviewAs a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Test Automation, you will develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for TMX Group’s digital platforms within a quick‑paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain automation frameworks and software solutions.Establish and participate in a quality assurance culture focused on user satisfaction and continuous improvement.Identify and evaluate risks related to application quality.Translate business requirements into test cases and test scenarios.Set up and manage test environments.Recommend innovative ideas to automate and reduce manual QA efforts.Coordinate and perform all testing activities throughout the software development process.Work with RESTful APIs, interfaces, and regular expressions.Participate in ongoing process improvement to promote and apply test automation effectively.Research tools, methods, and technology trends to support program test automation objectives.Produce high‑integrity documentation.Required Experience & SkillsAutomation design and scripting expertise.Strong development skills using Selenium, Python,



and Pytest Framework.Experience with web services and REST APIs.Knowledge of QA technology architecture across application, infrastructure, data, and security.Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.Proficiency with JIRA and TestRail.Strong problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.Well‑organized, result‑oriented, self‑motivated, and collaborative.Minimum 5+ years of system testing experience and 5+ years of software development/QA experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience automating within the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud/Experience Cloud).Proficiency in SQL/SOQL.Experience with automation frameworks.Work ArrangementHybrid role – 2 to 3 days per week in the Toronto office.CompensationHourly rate: $65–$70 CAD.Equal Opportunity StatementTMX is committed to creating and sustaining a collegial work environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect and one which reflects the diversity of the community in which we operate.
