Key Responsibilities: • Drive team collaboration across 13 processing plants and hatcheries • Establish and monitor operational KPIs for performance tracking • Develop advanced reporting tools for effective decision-making • Identify opportunities for operational cost improvements • Guide business case development for resource investments

Requirements: • BA/BS in Engineering, Finance or relevant field • 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced spreadsheets • Willing to travel per business requirements
