Détails De La Rémunération $81,600 - $115,200 CAD Description Du Poste We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform / Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint (Lists)). The developer will be responsible for analyzing data sources, building data models, creating DAX formulas, and delivering intuitive dashboards and data visualizations that support business decision‑making. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources into PowerBI for analysis and visualisations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance in alignment with enterprise standards. Provide technical expertise on BI systems, database administration, data modelling, and data integration. Optimize dashboards and reports for performance, scalability, and user adoption. CUSTOMER Produce specialised reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards focusing on product design, customer engagement, account management, and business decision making. Use multiple methodologies to rapidly generate impactful interactive visualisations or tools. Lead the implementation of initiatives supporting overall business/function strategy. Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform the management leadership team. Create complex reporting packages and dashboards using data infrastructure, localized DataMarts and external data sources. Identify and propose data presentations to meet evolving business needs. Build basic layouts and templates for internal partners.



Validate the quality and integrity of the data included in reporting packages and dashboards. Develop meaningful commentary and insights for current and existing reporting packages. Work with partners to understand objectives and develop value‑added reporting and ad‑hoc data extracts. Adopt, implement and evolve report automation and visualisation standards. Provide advisory or consultative services on multi‑format data visualisation techniques. SHAREHOLDER Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies relevant to the business area. Exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and confidentiality. Ensure operations comply with internal and external requirements. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on risk and guidance for complex situations. Conduct research projects and support presentations to management. Analyse functional or enterprise data to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency for continuous improvement. Lead or facilitate remediation plans for performance, risk or governance issues. Manage relationships across business lines and ensure regulatory alignment. Maintain a culture of risk management supported by effective processes. EMPLOYEE / TEAM Participate fully in the team, supporting positive service and quality. Breadth & Depth Work independently as a senior analyst or subject‑matter expert. Possess advanced knowledge of reporting and BI platforms. Be considered a subject‑matter expert in the area. Have expert knowledge of main data sources used within the business unit. Provide specialized data visualisations to support business needs. Possibly integrate data across the enterprise and present to senior management. Oversee and perform tasks from end to end. Focus on moderately complex issues spanning short to medium term. Report to a Senior or Manager role. Experience And / Or Education Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.G., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science). Graduate degree preferred with progressive project work experience. 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degree educationand research tenure can be counted. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, including complex DAX formulas. Proven experience in building interactive dashboards and data visualisations. Strong knowledge of Power Platform components: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint. Solid understanding of BI concepts, data warehousing and ETL processes. Proficiency in data modelling, database management and SQL. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions. Proven track record of delivering automation and dashboard solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making. Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance best practices.
