As a Barback, you will support our bartenders and ensure the bar operates smoothly during busy shifts. Responsibilities
Stock and Replenish: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware at all times.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized, including countertops, floors, and equipment.
Assist Bartenders: Provide timely assistance to bartenders by preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, and collecting empty glasses.
Customer Interaction: Offer friendly and qualified assistance to guests when needed, ensuring their needs are met.
Monitor Inventory: Assist in tracking bar inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
Handle Trash and Recycling: Dispose of waste, manage recycling, and maintain a tidy work area.
Support Team Operations:



Step in to help other team members during peak times to ensure seamless service.

Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
