At PHL Distributions, we help international health and wellness brands grow in the Canadian pharmacy space. From probiotics and fertility support to pain relief and our best-selling numbing cream, Zensa, we’re always on the move.

And now, we’re looking to bring on some recent voices.

No Experience? No Problem.

We get it - not everyone starts with a sales background. That’s why we’ve built our Junior Sales Program - specifically for people with zero experience, but tons of potential.

If you’re selected, you’ll go through a 3-week paid Sales Bootcamp designed to teach you the ropes, build your confidence, and see if you’ve got that sales spark inside you.

By the end of it, you’ll know exactly what you’re capable of—and we’ll know too.

What You’ll Be Doing:




Calling and visiting pharmacies to introduce products
Learning how to pitch, follow up, and build relationships
Supporting the sales team and hitting weekly goals
Building confidence in communication, product knowledge, and sales strategy

Who We’re Looking For:
People who are persuasive, friendly, and naturally outgoing
Curious minds who are open to learning something new
Self-starters who can manage their own schedule
Bonus if you’re interested in health, wellness, or pharma - but not required!

What You’ll Get:
3-week paid training to build your sales skills from the ground up
Salary: $21.70 during training and probation
Commissions after 3 weeks of training
Flexible hours (25–30/week)
Ongoing mentorship and real-world experience
Potential for part time or full-time employment after training
A super supportive team that actually wants you to win
