In this on-call position, you will provide food and drinks to guests at scheduled events. Essential skills include solid organization, multitasking, and communication abilities. Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is preferred, along with a Smart Serve certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve food and beverages to event guests
• Buss assigned table areas for cleanliness
• Set up coffee breaks and meal service areas
• Assist with cleanup and tear down post-event
• Communicate effectively with banquet captains
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in food and beverage service
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs regularly
