Become a key member of the MNP Community & Sport Centre team as a Swim Instructor and Lifeguard. Focus on safety while delivering fun and effective swim instruction.
Your primary role involves ensuring a safe workplace for patrons and conducting engaging swim classes. You will be expected to maintain rigorous safety standards, conduct emergency response, and support aquatic facility operations. Additionally, develop creative methods to teach swimming skills effectively and fun to all age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor swimmers during all programs
• Provide emergency care until medical assistance arrives
• Deliver creative and age-appropriate swim instruction
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area




• Assist in planning special aquatic events
Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim & Lifesaving Instructor Certification
• Required CPR-C and National Lifeguard Certification
• Demonstrated experience in aquatic programming
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
