OverviewThe Woodfibre LNG Project is located approximately 7 km west-southwest of Squamish, British Columbia. It involves the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility on the previous Woodfibre pulp mill site, which would have a storage capacity of 250,000 m3 and would produce approximately 2.1 million tons per year of LNG. Woodfibre Management Ltd. is a privately held Canadian company based in Vancouver and a subsidiary of Pacific Energy Corporation Limited.PositionThe Operation IT Infrastructure Lead is responsible for ensuring that all operation IT infrastructure delivered by project teams meets operational requirements and is fully aligned with Group IT architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards. The role acts as a critical bridge between project delivery, site operations, and Group IT, ensuring infrastructure is both fit-for-purpose in operations and compliant with enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure operation IT infrastructure delivered by project teams is fit for operations, including reliability, maintainability, and supportabilityParticipate in infrastructure design reviews, FAT, SAT, and operational readiness assessmentsProvide formal validation and acceptance from an IT operations perspectiveEnsure smooth transition and handover from IT infrastructure project to IT operationsEnsure designed operation IT infrastructure compliance with Group IT architecture, cybersecurity, and identity & access management (IAM) standardsCoordinate and obtain required approvals for network design, security architecture, and system onboardingSupport cybersecurity assessments, risk reviews, audit readiness, and operational readiness reviewsEnsure IT infrastructure supports effective integration and interoperability across IT, OT, and telecom systems, in alignment with enterprise architecture, IT/OT policies,
cybersecurity requirements, and operational best practicesEnsure secure architecture, including network segmentation and controlled data flowsMaintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, and technical standardsDrive standardization, scalability, and long-term maintainability of systemsMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliabilitySupport incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisEnsure continuous improvement of infrastructure stability and operational efficiencyCoordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate and manage external partners and vendors to ensure IT infrastructure architecture design supports data provision, IT/OT system integration, and data exchange, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and operational requirementsRequirementsRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise IT, or systems integration rolesStrong experience in network architecture, including LAN/WAN design and implementationProven experience in IT/OT integration in industrial or complex environmentsExperience working with project delivery teams, preferably within EPC or large-scale project environmentsStrong understanding of cybersecurity governance, policies, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with enterprise IT standards, architecture principles,
