This executive leadership role will partner closely with senior leadership teams to drive financial performance, strengthen planning and reporting processes, support operational initiatives, and provide strategic financial guidance across a complex multi-site environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial operations, improving forecasting accuracy and business visibility, supporting organizational growth initiatives, and contributing to long-term business strategy.ResponsibilitiesLead finance operations across multiple business units and locationsPartner with leadership teams to support business performance and operational initiativesOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reportingSupport process improvement and business transformation initiativesStrengthen financial controls, reporting processes,
