Assiniboine Early Learning Centre is looking for 1 CCA for a full time permanent unionized position to work as a break coverage based on a 7.5 hour day. (Scheduled for 8 hours, 1 hour break ? paid ? unpaid, net 7.5 hour day).

Wage is based on experience, please see wage scale below (wage scale is under review). The start date will be August 31, 2026.

The successful candidate must have a Child Care Assistant Classification, current First Aid and CPR certificate, 40 hour CCA course, clear Criminal Record and Child Abuse Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, WHIMS Training, Commit to Kids training and Accessibility training.

The successful candidate will be expected to be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., be a team player with good communication skills,



able to assist Early Childhood Educators in the workplace in planning and implementing activities for children ages 3 months to 6 years old and be familiar with the provincial licensing manual.
