This role contributes to the financial integrity of the company through proper recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized systemsPost journal entries and reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare trial balances and assist with financial statements and working papersMaintain general ledgers and ensure accurate financial dataAccounts Payable & ReceivableProcess invoices, verify transactions, and manage accounts payablePrepare and issue invoices and follow up on receivables and collectionsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPayroll & ComplianceAssist with payroll preparation,
