This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Summer 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Upkeep and cleanliness of public areas, staff spaces, storage areas and company vehicles
Assisting carpenters with projects
Following all safety rules and procedures
Maintaining all public and staff spaces
Emptying garbage bins and maintaining the recycling program
Monitoring cleaning supply inventory




Snow shoveling, sweeping exterior decks, walkways and parking lots
Horticultural maintenance of flower beds and raking
Assisting maintenance as required
Ensuring that each customer interaction is friendly and skilled

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service skills
Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
WHMIS knowledge and cleaning experience an asset
A clean Driver’s License required; BC Class 4 Commercial License an asset

The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour.
