Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium for Afternoon & Night Shifts
Shifts: Rotating MAD (Midnight / Afternoon / Day)

We are currently hiring General Labour / Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Guelph! This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours and the potential for long-term employment.

The ideal candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Perform general labour and production duties as required
Load and unload materials from machinery
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is an asset
Ability to work a rotating MAD shift




Strong attendance and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Solid attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
$19.50/hour
+$1.00/hour shift premium for Afternoon and Night shifts
Full-time hours
Days required for initial training
Minimum assignment through October/November , with potential for continued employment
