at our office and facility located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Contribute to Urban Barn's commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Order/Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on customer orders to ensure their accuracy and ensuring the flow of product from the warehouse to our customers is seamless.

Our Logistics team works in-office,

fro

m Monday to Friday, from 8:30am – 5:00pm (availability on Saturday might be considered an asset). We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time (40 hours per week).

What You Will Do:

Complete customer order administration andorganize shipping logistics

Review and troubleshoot orders for accuracy

Collaborate to resolveorder issues, and provide status updates

Communicate with 3PL partners to manage order shipment and delivery

Manage and support E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics

Assist with warehouse inventory management

What You Bring:

Excellentverbal and written communication





skills; customer service skills considered an asset

Experience in customer orders and support roles preferred

Experience in an office workplace preferred

High
