IMR’s mandate is to maintain a high‑quality product shelf that supports our investment strategy, drives business growth, and delivers legendary client experiences within TD Bank’s risk appetite.IMR is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing investment product oversight and research for preferred lists, including mutual funds, separately managed accounts (SMAs), exchange‑traded funds, alternatives (public and private), and other product types. The team conducts comprehensive investment manager and product due diligence, operational research, oversight, and product guidance.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport the curation and management of the TD Wealth product shelf by developing and maintaining all approved products.Perform product due diligence, support policies and procedures, and conduct risk assessments.Monitor products, create, maintain, and distribute product information, and support ongoing product governance across TD Wealth.Act as a point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal partners and Advisors.Implement policies and programs approved by management and the Investment Risk Committee; support leadership in portfolio management and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.Oversee product‑approval standards and procedures, optimizing resourcing while maintaining compliance with TD Bank and regulatory expectations.Participate in product shelf due diligence and onboarding responsibilities.Help design, implement, and optimize comprehensive shelf controls, including end‑to‑end current‑state mapping and a roadmap for enhancements.Identify, manage, mitigate,



and prevent risks associated with the product shelf.Enhance and optimize the quality of the product shelf within a Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework.Identify and address emerging regulatory themes relevant to product shelves and distribution, leveraging strong knowledge of the securities regulatory environment and governance.Support the enablement of new and evolving product types, contributing to TD Wealth’s market share and profitable growth within its risk appetite.Assist in preparing updates on significant changes involving the firm, products, or market events, including tracking new developments and notable market news.Serve as a subject‑matter expert on investment strategies and firms, with deep knowledge across diverse investment types.Prepare and present materials for investment committees as required.Candidate ProfileExpertise in the Canadian investment dealer industry and an understanding of key developments, challenges, and opportunities.Initiative and the ability to deliver results independently or in collaboration with a diverse team.Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to gather, interpret, and share relevant industry product due diligence insights, and to provide fact‑based opinions and recommendations.Key AccountabilitiesImplement policies and programs approved by management and the Investment Risk Committee; support leadership in portfolio management and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.Oversee product‑approval standards and procedures,
