What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:
Cutting – Using knives, other carving tools and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim meats for our customers
Merchandising – Ensuring counters and display cases are filled and merchandised
Receiving – Receive, inspect and store product
General Meat Department Duties – Housekeeping, opening, closing, sanitization of meat room & equipment and assisting with inventory

Who You Are

You are interested in customer service and have:
Retail Meat Specialist Certificate or Equivalent training & experience
You’re honest, trustworthy, is results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meeting shared objectives
You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 Ibs, climb ladders and kneel.
