Job Duties
Keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
Monitor shelf stocks and maintain inventory
Order merchandise
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
Assign store workers to duties
Establish work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
Resolve issues in case of customer complaints or supply shortages
