This role is permanent, full-time position.The licensed Rental Manager is responsible all Property Management activities. You will oversee a residential leasing portfolio which contains a variety of units form single-family to apartment buildings. The successful candidate will provide strong service leadership to the team, existing owners, and potential and existing tenants.In addition, the Rental Manager performs:Completion of various tasks related to rental managementPlanning and organizing tradesEnsuring smooth units/building transition with shareholders/investors/owners/management companiesLiaising with owners/shareholders/strata representativesCarrying out leasing activitiesWorking knowledge of building systemsPreparing budgets and understanding financial statementsPreparation,
