Our client, a mid‑sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Employment & Labour Lawyer, for a hybrid role.Responsibilities:Work directly with a Senior PartnerFocus primarily on Employer / Management sideStrong understanding of Wrongful Dismissals, Labour Relations, Employment Standards & Contracts, Health & Safety, etc.Experienced with drafting employment agreements, policies and proceduresA book of business is an asset, but not requiredExpected compensation range: $130,000 to $180,000This is a recent position with the firmRequirements:4+ years of Post Call experience in Employment & Labour LawHybrid position: 2-3 days in‑officeComfortable with attending Networking Events and Conferences#J-18808-Ljbffr
