In this position, you will lead various recreation programs, create activity communications, and actively participate in building relationships with residents and their families. Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating community outings and supporting program administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and deliver a variety of engaging programs
• Develop daily communication updates for residents




• Connect personal bonds with residents and families
• Transport residents to outings for enriching experiences
• Assist with necessary administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field preferred
• Experience in geriatric programming is beneficial
• Knowledge of wellness and activity adaptations
• Valid driver’s license required for outings
• Current CPR and First Aid certification necessary
