BJ Take Lighting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations while actively managing the day-to‑day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a finance qualified who enjoys both strategic financial oversight and transactional accounting responsibilities. The Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, producing timely financial reporting, administering payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business decision-making through financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an ERP environment, preferably Epicor Kinetic, and will be comfortable managing both strategic financial responsibilities and day‑to‑day accounting operations.



Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes. Monitor and analyze company financial performance. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures. Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and management. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, financial institutions, and government agencies.
