Location: Markham, ON

Salary: $20.00 hourly

Starts as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site setting: Non-smoking, scent free

Work setting: Employer's home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available.

Responsibilities
Supervise and care for a child, assuming full responsibility for the household in absence of parents.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Bathe, dress and feed the child, maintaining a secure and healthy workplace.
Organize activities such as games and outings for the child.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Prepare child for rest periods.
Tend to emotional well‑being of the child.

Qualifications
Education:



Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: Experience is an asset.
Security and safety: Criminal record check required.
Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Personal suitability: client‑focused, flexible, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, time management, patience, honesty.
