Redfern Farm Services is a progressive, service-oriented ag retailer currently accepting applications for Seasonal Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers (with Air Endorsement) for our Neepawa/Minnedosa and Rivers retail locations.

Qualifications:
Valid minimum Class 3 driver?s license with Air Brake Endorsement
Mechanically inclined, preferably with a farm background
Adaptable work schedule with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
Self-motivated with a willingness to assist in a variety of operational tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:
Short-haul transportation of liquid fertilizer, NH3, and crop protection products




Willingness to be trained in the secure handling and transportation of dangerous goods
Assist with general yard maintenance, housekeeping, and organization
Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, facilities, and yard infrastructure as required
Support the operations team with miscellaneous duties to ensure productive day-to-day operations
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
