The role involves processing orders, liaising with Sales, Client Success, Production & Shipping, and distributors, and delivering proactive, professional communication to customers.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or order processing, robust attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems (NetSuite is a plus).
