Location: Ottawa, CanadaPosition SummaryThe Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM) is responsible and accountable for the delivery of the assigned work package, how it feeds into the project's business rhythm and all associated governance aspects in order to ensure successful project execution. The role demands highly developed communication and influencing skills. Technical depth and domain experience are required to ensure delivery to schedule, cost and quality requirements and to meet customer satisfaction. The ability to lead and motivate an integrated technical team is key to successful execution of the work. For this position the EDM will work within the AJISS Engineering Change (EC) team. The scope is to organize, plan and control all engineering work associated with emergent tasks for the internal team and sub‑contractors, and to report on this work to the business.Key Areas of ResponsibilityProvide overall leadership, direction, and technical guidance to a cross-disciplinary project teamPlan, organize, and control staff and resources to achieve project goals within delegated authorityDevelop, integrate, and manage the project and engineering Work Breakdown Structures (WBS/OBS) in alignment with project plansEstablish project governance, using Thales methodologies and best practices throughout the lifecycleCreate and maintain detailed technical project schedules, ensuring achievement of milestones and performance objectivesOversee technical program deliverables, ensuring solutions meet requirements and secure customer acceptanceMonitor and control project schedule, scope,
