This is a high-impact, generalist role serving as the sole legal resource for Canadian operations while reporting to the North American General Counsel based in the United States.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings a "roll up your sleeves" mentality to manage day-to-day drafting and negotiations while maintaining strategic vision for issue-spotting and risk escalation.ResponsibilitiesContract Lifecycle Management:Lead drafting, review, and negotiation across all business pillarsManage high volume of supply, operations, and procurement contractsOversee MSAs, SLAs, agency contracts, and SaaS agreementsHandle warranties, returns, terminations, and renewalsMaintain and update contract templatesBrand & Marketing Legal SupportServe as legal lead for brand partnership agreementsDraft and negotiate influencer agreementsSupport marketing sampling programs and promotional initiativesOperational Legal SupportProvide contractual guidance to operations, procurement, fleet,
