As a valued HR qualified, you will work closely with Talent and Culture Business Partners to operationalize HR strategies that promote talent development and retention. Your analytical mindset and solid communication skills will help identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights, driving the organization forward.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on HR program and project implementation • Conduct data analysis and deliver insightful presentations • Manage and oversee HR project deliverables • Develop employee experience metrics and dashboards • Enhance HR policies and documentation processes
Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Bilingual in French (advanced) and English (intermediate) • Robust project management and execution skills • Proven proactivity and interpersonal abilities
