Your career path here can evolve in alignment with your skills, interests, and aspirations.The RolePBS is seeking a Bilingual (French and English) Service Drive Development Manager (APS Division) who will play a key role in supporting our dealer partners in driving vehicle maintenance sales (Not responsible for Sales). This position focuses on ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of APS solutions across our dealership network.Key responsibilities include assisting with system installations and onboarding new dealerships, monitoring dealership performance and proactively engaging partners with low usage metrics, and sharing industry best practices to enhance results. The successful candidate will also provide updates on APS enhancements and act as a liaison by communicating customer feedback to internal operations and development teams to support continuous improvement of APS offerings.ResponsibilitiesWorking with OEM DealersTraining dealership staff on APS offerings in French and EnglishConsulting dealerships to understand their current service drive processesSuggesting, training,
