Tim Hortons in North Vancouver, BC is looking for a motivated Shift Leader to join their team at 1384 Main Street. As a Shift Leader, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members and believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness are achieved.

Responsibilities:
Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding




Lead a team to drive speed of service and overall guest satisfaction
Be responsible for Restaurant evaluations
Support the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant

Requirements:
Leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality setting
Solid communication and team motivation skills
Knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
Enthusiasm for training and coaching team members
Guest-focused mindset with commitment to consistent, high-quality service
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting

Pay:

$19–$21 per hour. Full-time position with potential to grow and gain leadership experience.
