Position: Shift Manager - TEER 62020

Hourly Wage Rate: $18.40 to $19.40 based on experience.

The responsibilities and tasks related to the job are:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Keep record of the quantities of food used
Provide staff training
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Manage staff and assign duties
Resolve issues that may arise,



including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Record and balance daily transactions
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Experience: One Year

Education requirement: Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent experience.

Language requirements: English
